Refund Policy

TagCam Pro is sold through the Apple App Store and Google Play. This page explains how refunds and cancellations work and where to send billing questions.

Last Updated: February 2026

This document is a general template for the TagCam application and is not legal advice. Store policies take precedence for purchases made through the App Store or Google Play.

01Scope

This policy covers purchases of TagCam Pro, including one-off purchases and recurring subscriptions, made through the app stores that distribute TagCam.

The free tier of TagCam involves no payment and therefore no refund.

02Purchases Are Processed by the App Stores

We do not process payments directly and do not hold your payment details. All TagCam Pro transactions are handled by Apple or Google according to the terms of the store you purchased from.

Because of this, refunds must be requested from the store that took the payment. We cannot issue a refund on the store's behalf.

03How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for a TagCam Pro purchase:

  • Apple App Store: use Apple's "Report a Problem" page or the purchase history in your Apple account to request a refund.
  • Google Play: use the order history in your Google Play account, or Google's refund request form, to submit a request.
  • Have the purchase date and order reference available, as the store will ask for them.
  • Refund decisions and any applicable time limits are determined by the store, not by TagCam.

04Cancelling a Subscription

You can cancel a TagCam Pro subscription at any time from the subscription settings in your Apple or Google account.

Cancelling stops future renewals. Access to Pro features continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and cancellation on its own does not generate a refund for the current period.

05Circumstances We Support

While the final decision rests with the store, we will help gather information and support a refund request in cases such as:

  • A duplicate or accidental purchase.
  • A purchase that was charged but where Pro features were never unlocked.
  • A defect in the app that prevents core features from working and cannot be resolved.
  • An unauthorised charge on your store account.

06Circumstances Usually Not Refundable

Requests are typically declined by the stores where the purchase worked as described. Examples include a change of mind after extended use, dissatisfaction with GPS accuracy that reflects device or environmental limits, or the expiry of the store's refund window.

07Billing Support

If a purchase is not appearing correctly in the app, try the restore purchases option first, then contact us with your store, purchase date and order reference. Our support team will respond as soon as possible.

08Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated as our pricing, distribution or store requirements change. The Last Updated date above always reflects the current version.

09Contact
