01Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing or using TagCam, you confirm that you accept these terms and that you have the authority to do so, including on behalf of an employer or organisation if you are using the app for work.

If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the app.

02Description of the Service

TagCam is a camera application that captures photos and applies a visible stamp containing location and time details such as address, date, time and GPS coordinates.

The app also provides tools to customise the stamp, group captures into projects, review capture details and view a capture's location on a map.

03Licence

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and use TagCam on devices you own or control, for your own personal or internal business purposes.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, resell or redistribute the app or any part of it, except to the extent such restrictions are prohibited by law.

04Acceptable Use

When using TagCam, you agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in breach of the rights of others.
• Photograph people or private property where you do not have the right or permission to do so.
• Alter, forge or misrepresent stamped information in order to deceive another party.
• Interfere with the operation, security or integrity of the app or the services it relies on.
• Circumvent purchase, subscription or usage limits.

05Location Accuracy Disclaimer

Location data is supplied by your device's GPS hardware and by third-party map and geocoding providers. Accuracy varies with satellite visibility, weather, buildings, device model and network conditions.

TagCam does not warrant that coordinates, addresses or timestamps are accurate, complete or suitable for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing a capture before relying on it.

Where a capture may be used as evidence or in a formal process, you should confirm that it meets the requirements applicable to your situation.

06TagCam Pro Subscription

TagCam offers a free tier with a limited number of captures and a paid TagCam Pro tier that unlocks unlimited captures and additional features.

Purchases and subscriptions are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Pricing, currency, billing intervals and renewal behaviour are shown at the point of purchase and are governed by that store's terms in addition to these terms.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your store account before the end of the current billing period. Cancellation stops future charges; access continues until the end of the paid period.

07Your Content

You retain all rights in the photos, notes and project information you create with TagCam. We do not claim ownership of your captures.

You are solely responsible for the content you capture, for having any permission required to capture it, and for how you subsequently share or use it.

Because captures are stored on your device, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups.

08Intellectual Property

The TagCam name, logo, application, interface designs, stamp layouts and all related software and materials are owned by TagCam and protected by intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership in the app or our brand to you.

09Termination

You may stop using TagCam at any time by deleting the app from your device.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, misuse the app, or where required by law. On termination, the licence granted above ends immediately.

10Disclaimer of Warranties

TagCam is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will operate on every device or in every location.

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TagCam will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or claims arising from reliance on stamped location or time information.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

12Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the app changes or as legal requirements evolve. The Last Updated date above reflects the current version, and continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TagCam is established, without regard to conflict of law rules. The specific jurisdiction and venue will be confirmed before publication.
